Location
No coffee making facilities, nowhere to put yur soap etc while showering. This room is the worst I have ever stayed in.

I choose the hotel solely on location as I was flying early in the morning.I did not enjoy the stay. I had itchy skin after a sleepless night and if I had seen staff in the morning I would have discuss the cleaniness of the room

Chris
The location is ideal, conveniently close to the airport for early morning flights, with nearby restaurant options and shopping outlets like Toombal shops and DFO.

Proximity to airport and cleanliness.
No value for money. No tea/coffee making facilities with expectation to pay extra for vending machines. Booked on internet at best rate possible only to find on entry to hotel better rate advertised on billboard. Room dogbox size with no room for 2 large suitcases. Beds made up so tightly they needed to be unmade so as to fit into bed (for 6ft 2in adult). Hand basin in ensuite far too low for normal sized adult. Could hardly breathe because of smallness of room with no air flow. Airconditioner placed so as to blow directly onto beds and too noisy to leave on whilst sleeping.

I rang reception and asked for a remote control. I was assured that they would get back to me. I received no response from the Manager that assured me that he would help. I could understand that the remote was stolen. I could understand that one could not find a spare remote, but did not appreciate being ignored and then brushed off the next morning by reception. Other than this, the service and standard of hygiene was excellent.

The rooms were neat and tidy. Not a lot of space in room. Handy to airport. No tea or coffee making facilities provided in rooms. Suitable for young people or backpackers on a budget. The cost of $100 per night for room was reasonable for what you receive. Location very handy if you need to catch a plane and a one night stopover. Would not suit for extended period of stay E.G. holiday for older types looking for a bit more comfort, larger room and better facilities in room. The hotel is popular with young people/backpackers. I found staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a community room for tea and coffee or a light breakfast for $9.00. Would not stay again as I like more comforts. When booking online be aware that refunds do not apply once you have booked and paid. Hotel provide shuttle to airport cost about $14 per head. No restaurants in walking distance.
Rooms too small. No coffee or tea making facilities in room. Bed to firm and uncomfortable for my taste. For any person on a tight budget this hotel okay. No restaurants within walking distance about 5-10 minutes in car depending on traffic.

No free Internet, terrible beds, no elevator when we had huge bags at 2am. Poor breakfast, cheap facilities...

Great value for the money and a really nice spot overall, especially because of the top-notch folks working the front desk! 🌟

The room was tiny and felt like a jail cell. We checked out at 7am and went to the park for 3 hours to wait for our plane, as we were to claustaphobic in the tiny room with 2 adults and a child. It was a rip-off not worth $103.

Tried to do check-in at midnight through the automated system and it took 45 mins. Entrance to hotel and hallways were filthy. The room was extremely small and pokey. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom was dirty and hair all over the floor. Hardly any sleep due to noise from other rooms and the motorway. Paid $9 for a continental breakfast that was absolutely pathetic. Would have gotten a more filling and better quality meal at McDonalds.
